California law provides granted its residents options in requesting access to information a company has collected about residents or ask that the deletion of certain information collected about the States residents be deleted. In holding to our commitment on Consumer Data Privacy, Oadare offers residents and all consumers alike, those same options, consistent with California's law, and others.

How we protect your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we take protecting it very seriously. Oafare's Data Processing and operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether by automated or non-automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment, combination, restriction, erasure or destructionis layed out on how we protect it. Your user privacy is important to us, and we take necessary steps to protect it. In terms of Data Processing, we protect your rights as data users and observe California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) regulations, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), Colorado Privacy Act and other applicable legislation of other states along with regulations of relevant state authorities including other applicable laws and policies. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them and the CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement the law. This landmark law secures new privacy rights for California consumers, including:

California Residents

Limit the Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Consumers have the right to request we limit the use or disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Data (as defined by California law) to certain uses authorized by the CCPA. Oafare does not disclose our users Personal Information. See our Right to Limit the Use of Your Sensitive Information.

Do Not Share My Personal Information. You have a right to opt-out of the sharing of personal information related to behavioral advertising, business or commercial purposes as per our internal safeguards and policy. Shine the Light Request: California law also gives you the right to request that we disclose and provide individualized reports on certain categories of personal information we collect and/or may have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year and their identity.
